There is nothing more important to us that knowing the provenance of all of the produce served in our restaurant, bar and garden. From the Cotswold lamb, poultry and beef to the Gin distilled by our neighbours at Shakespeare's Distillery, we carefully select our partners for their organic and sustainable practices. For that extra fresh flavour, our very own kitchen garden provides a wide range of herbs and greens to lift any dish.
