Tudor World | Family Days Out
Situated in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon is the historic adventure of Tudor World. The museum is open from 10:30am to 5:30pm, 364 days a year (except Christmas Day).
There are also tours available:
- Shakespeare Tour, open 2pm on Saturdays, 90-120 minutes
- Ghost Tour is open from 6pm every 50-60 minutes
The museum offers plenty of interactive displays, such as touchscreens and videos. Visitors can even ‘live like a Tudor’ by dressing up in authentic clothing and perching at their pretend banquet, immersing themselves in life during 16th-century England.

Stratford-Upon-Avon Treasure Trail | Family Days Out
Enjoy an exciting day out on a self-guided treasure hunt around Stratford-Upon-Avon.
The trail will take you to famous local areas, including Shakespeare’s birthplace and Anne Hathaway’s cottage, where you can take photos and learn more about their lives.
Before you visit, either receive a printed booklet sent by post or download the Treasure Trail app.

Set off on a unique, interactive journey through the Tudor period. Here, you can dress up and pose in authentic Tudor clothes or learn to write with a quill and ink.
