There is nothing more important to us than knowing the provenance of all the produce served in our restaurant, bar and garden.

From the Cotswold lamb, poultry and beef, to the Gin distilled by our neighbours at Shakespeare's Distillery, we carefully select our partners for their organic and sustainable practices. For that extra fresh flavour, our very own kitchen garden provides a wide range of herbs and greens to lift any dish.

Our menus and service times

Our menus are focused on the seasonal produce sourced from local and regional farmers. Our philosphy is that good fresh produce makes great dishes. We take care to know the provenance of everything we serve.
